What unclear readiness signals do not mean
Partial migration clarity, mixed stakeholder confidence, or incomplete early preparation do not automatically prove that a church is unready to evaluate Transparent.
But those same signals also do not prove that hidden guided certainty already exists. Broad help should keep the ambiguity visible instead of converting it into false reassurance either way.
What honest readiness posture looks like
An honest readiness posture names what feels encouraging, what still feels unresolved, and which unresolved pieces now carry real consequence for the next route decision.
That posture supports calmer evaluation because it preserves uncertainty as uncertainty until narrower review is actually warranted.
